I am sure one of you geniuses can help me.
Ordered some plumbing goods from company A, but these were large items (baths) and came straight from the manufacturer. They were badly damaged when unpacked. If there is a dispute and if I have to go to small claims, do I claim against Company A or the manufacturer? For various irrelevant reasons, I think I would have a good case.

Your contract of sale would be with the company A, so that's who you'd sue. Then it's up to them what they do with the manufacturer! So many companies when you make a complaint say it's nothing to do with them and talk to the manufacturer, and it's utter bumpkin.0
