This is to do with minimum contract lengths, not the price the customer pays0 -
Your only real route is to argue that the yare not providing the service

It seems I'm not the only one at this particular gym that has got the hump! The manager has been bombarded with emails from members asking him to be consistent, fair and open in his fee charging. He has now offered to drop the price to the lower one, for anyone who directly asks for it.
He's also aware that he is losing people to his nearest competitor, who is 5 minutes up the road and half the price. So, it looks like it pays to keep your customers happy!
