Aviva and NCD - not Treating Customers Fairly

But it really isn't. You ended your last comment with 'WHY' to which my response was "Your not going to get your answer here unless someone from Aviva responds."
I do agree that it is strange how a letter can be issued with one thing but they cannot verbally confirm it but as I've already said you won't get an answer here.
Yes again I understand that. :wall:
But I only posted a reply to your first post in this thread because you had either (a) not bothered reading the thread or (b) misunderstood it entirely!
Again, if we can stay on topic people who HAVE read the thread can contribute to it and any current or prospective Aviva customers can draw their own conclusions about what level of service to expect.0 -

I have read it and no I didn't misunderstand it.0 -
Just do a search for "NCD" and "Aviva" and there are a few threads where this has caused policyholders issues.0
-
So, what ncd did you give them?
Proof of 7 provided, and Aviva not stating if it's valid or not.
They're one company I won't use. (They upset me as Norwich Union, over 30 years ago.)
(edit - cross posted there)0 -
Just to make it clear if it were not clear enough already - this is not my NCD at stake. I was acting for an insurer, attempting to validate the written proof that a client had submitted.0

You were provided with 7 years written confirmation which in my opinion is worth far more than what a call centre advise you.
Whether you choose to accept it or not is up to the Insurer you were acting on behalf.0 -
just used gocompare and moved from aviva to sheila's wheels for house and contents insurance. Fantastic saved £350 for even more cover:j:j0
