Hello....
I recall that clamping (excluding council traffic wardens and police etc) was due to become illegal. Has this happened yet?

When the Freedom Bill (assuming unamended) is passed and then enacted. Later this year in all probability.0

As The Slithy Tove says not yet the BPA and the Government are working out how they can try to rip the motorist off in other ways before they ban clamping!0
