Advise On Relocating A Soil Stack?

Hi Everybody, I'm hoping that somebody could give me advise on relocating a Soil Stack at the rear of my property. If you bear with me, i'll try to explain as best i can the the layout....
To the rear of the property I'm going to be putting in an building extension, as the kitchen is small and needs extending, put unfortunately, there are several obstructions,
Layout of rear building:
Semi Detached house, as looking from the garden, The left hand side is our side:
*Dinning room window to the bottom right
*Kitchen window to the bottom left
*Between these two windows and the upstairs windows is the Soil Stack into the ground and runs underground to the left of the property half way across the driveway where there is a grid hatch, which then runs to the street into the Mains Supply.
The extension height is the same level as the dinning room window, so how would i move or redirect the stack above the flashing at the end of the roof line and back into the ground?
1 - Under the floor boards and out the side of the house exterior wall?
2- Keep the soil stack where it is but direct it into the ceiling of the extension and then redirect it to an exterior wall on the extension?
Costs and Advise would be greatly appreciated?
Many thanks in advance.

where does the underground sewer pipe run? is it shared with next door?
usual method is to run the pipe across the rear wall and down the wall into a new chamber. (manhole).
thereby avoiding the new extension.Get some gorm.0 -
similar to this?Get some gorm.0 -
Yes similar to the single story picture provided, although the extension will reach right along the rear of the property and the soil stack central to where it will be built, also there are two man holes on my side of the property that run central to the main sewage system along the driveway at the side of the house to the street, i assume one for the sewage and another for the rain water that would drain from the excisting gutter system at the side of the property!!
What cost am i roughly looking at do you think, and how many labour days?
many thanks0 -
assuming the nearest manhole is close then the materials cost is pretty small.
its virtually all labour costs. prob a day/day & half.
say two days max.Get some gorm.0
