Living social deal not respected: advice needed

Hi,
Here is my story:
On 26th december, following a thread here on Moneysavingexpert, I bought a livingsocial deal : a sharp TV for £179. Problem is the TV's never been delivered and Sharp has never ever heard from us (nor living social for that matter). I've called Living social this morning and the guy said that he could not deal with our account via phone (!!!) but that we needed to send a letter to their HQ in London. It seems like we've been victim of a complete rip-off!!! They even called us several time at the beginning of January to process the deal and stuff....dispatch was from Jan 14th....and nothing since and they won't talk to us like we don't exist (((
I've sent them an email earlier on requesting an answer within 24h. On their website my voucher doesn't even exist any more! However I've kept their emails and voucher sent per mail!!!
But what do you think? Will I ever see this TV or my money back? Living social is a big international company, I can't believe they would play that game!!! If I send a letter per post they will take forever answering back which by then will probably mean that it will be legally too late for me to get my money back or something (((
