Egg CC PPI

Hi,

Egg rejected my claim for a refund of missold PPI so I contacted FOS last year - had a message left from an adjudicator at FOS today.....will ring tomorrow but what does this mean? Do I just go through why I believe I was missold it or is it because they have turned it down?

Any help would be great before I talk to her

Hi Amersall,

It was okay actually, she was just letting me know what was happening and asked for some more information.

My Egg card was taken out in 1999 and I am claiming that the box was pre-ticked. I have also mention that I have full sick pay, enhanced redundancy pay, death in service benefit, ill health retirement benefit (god forbid to both those) which could give me a full pension and a pre-existing medical condition.

What do you think of my chances, now it's at adjudication stage?
