You are only getting one signal into the Sky Box downstairs meaning you can only have one signal being played out of the sky box so it will be duplicated onto each TV you connect it to.
To allow your daughter to be able to watch something different you will need to buy an extra box, which you could probably pick up from ebay or a boot sale very cheap. (doesn't need to be HD, but if she wants HD you will need a sky HD box) and pay an additional subscription.
The info is here: http://www.sky.com/shop/boxes/sky-multiroom/
Another idea is to use Sky Go, which is similar to iplayer, where you can watch select sky channels live and loads of shows available to stream any time.

Could you not get the name from the box itself.
Are you sure it is Satellite it is you are watching in the your room. As if you want to watch 2 different satellite channels in 2 different rooms (without using sky go), you need 2 sky boxes plus twin lnb (assuming no recording facility)Mansion TV. Avoid at all cost's :j0
