Pre-payment meter inspection case

I arranged a date and time with Scottish Power to come and inspect my meter as part of a regular annual thing. So far, he's not appeared and has half an hour left. Is there something in existence that states if the energy company fail to appear when they are supposed to, I can claim some compensation for my wasted time? I'm sure I read this somewhere but I could be wrong.
Thanks!

From http://www.scottishpower.co.uk/pdf/sos-2011-standard.pdfMaking and keeping appointments
We offer morning (before 1pm) or afternoon (after 12 noon) appointments, or a 2 hour time band on request. If we do not offer you an appointment within these time periods, or we fail to keep an appointment that we agree with you, we will pay you £20 for Gas failures and/or £22 for Electricity failures.
Exception note: This standard will not apply where we are not able to keep the appointment due to circumstances outwith our control or we give you at least one working day’s notice that we will be unable to keep the appointment.0 -

so if on benifts, does that mean us tax payers get it back in the potDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

After all that, the engineer appeared just with five minutes to spare. Oh well, he got here in the end.0
