:j:beer:Success with Welcome finance one of three people I am helping against welcome and various other companies has offered nearly 4 grand which we will be accepting, but one thing concerns me the person I am representing had a letter just say he was succesful but did not say how much, the letter I had as his representative give full detail and amounts, the form I had also asked where I wanted to pay the money,. Are people claiming against welcome or any other company aware of this, is this open to abuse:(

If you doubt the letter asking where you want the money paid to,then ring the company that are paying the redress to find out if it is correct,do not phone the number on the letter.
Some offer redress and do not put the amount, this may follow with a breakdown of how the redress was worked out.0 -
thanks for that, but what I am saying is as the person representing (my brother in law) we both get simular letters but only my letter states the amount and they send me the letter with the BACS form asking me which account it is to be paid into it is just lucky I am a very honest person
