Power point question

How to explain. erm. When I make up my own power point presentation and slide show and timings etc, then I email to a friend but she then had to go into the file and menu etc to press play show,

How do I do it so that when she download email it just comes up automatically as a slide show?

You need to save it as a show, rather than a presentation.

File>Save As> then select the .pps option (or .ppsx on Office 2007/2010) rather than the presentation .ppt format.

Additionally, if you then want to edit a .pps file, you need to open it from within Powerpoint as double clicking it will just run it as a show.

There is another way.you can convert the powerpoint to video,then send the video through e-mial.
maybe that will be helped,too.
