cant send email

I haven't been able to send email since Sunday. I receive them fine but I keep getting this message-

An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'for andrew', Account: 'pop.ntlworld.com', Server: 'smtp.ntlworld.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '421 Cannot establish SSL with SMTP server 81.103.221.11:465, SSL_connect error 10054', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 421, Error Number: 0x800CCC67

I haven't made any changes to my PC. Any ideas?

Someone had this earlier today with ntlworld have a quick scan of the forum Jim, I have to visit somewhere for a while

Thanks! I found the other thread and someone had posted that they had just managed to send so I gave it a go and hey presto- strange thing was that my neighbour hasn't had a problem.
