No picture on panasonic DVD and hard drive recorder

Hi

I have a panasonic DMR-EX83. I turned it on today and there was sounds but no picture. I have check all connections and re-tuned it. I have also check signal strength in the menu section which is strong. Des anyone have an ideas?

Do you get a picture when playing back from Hard Drive or DVD?

Are you only lacking a picture on the broadcast signal?

How do you have the Pana connected to other gear? What other gear do you have?

etc etc

Essentially - we need more info

Yes, picture with play back of recordings up until last night. Picture when using DVD. Only connections I have are the scart to 3 pin. I have tried another scart to 3 pin but the same problem presents. I have also tried another tv just to make sure the issue is with the hard drive. Also, the digital free view on the tv is fine.

I unplugged for 15 mins and it is now working so not sure what caused the problem.
