RBS PPI Claim

Hi Iv completed the PPI paperwork for my dad for RBS, the paperwork was completed and sent away on the 6th January, my dad has had a letter saying they have received his paperwork for the 4 loans. Can anyone tell me what the timescales are approximately for hearing about whether he has been successful or not please?
