Reclaiming bank charges - help

Hi
After reading about reclaiming bank charges i decided to have a look and see if i could reclaim any charges. I followed the advice and asked for a statement of charges which adds up to over 1000 pounds. i wrote a letter based on the template on this site and I have now received a response from the bank. They have made an appointment with me to speak to a banking advisor and have noted my complaint. No mention of the charges etc... The appointment is for Monday 30th Jan 2012 and I was just hoping someone out their would have any advice. I am not sure what this meeting is even for but they did send me out an income/expenditure sheet for me to fill in which I have done and sent back.
Any advice greatly appriciated.
