Kitchen Planning Software - Can't download

I know this is a sort of techy question but it is specifically in regard to kitchen planning software so I was hoping there would be some people with experience of it here.
I want to download some user-friendly kitchen planning software. I have tried to download the one on the IKEA website which is also on several other retailers' websites - it's by a company called 20/20 or something similar. I've tried over and over again and removed my pop-up blocker software but it gets past several screens but then freezes on the download screen. I have Windows 7 and Internet Explorer.
Has anyone had this problem and found a way to over come it or alternatively does anyone have any links to other recommended kitchen planning programs. My bf downloaded one but I think you needed a degree in technical drawing to operate it!!

I don't think the free trial will be much use for you TBH.
2020 Design is a rather complicated piece of software, for someone who has no experience in design or CAD packages.I should know, I use it daily and it took me a few weeks to get used to it, even though I had used similar design packages by Winner and Planit for years beforehand.
There are plenty of other online design packages you can try, that will be much easier for you to use, for example:
B&Q: http://www.diy.com/bq/templates/content_lookup.jsp?content=/content/inspiration/help_me_to_design/index.jsp&menu=default
Magnet: http://www.magnet.co.uk/design-your-kitchen/
Wren: http://www.wrenkitchens.com/online-kitchen-plannerIf it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands

The ikea planner stopped working for me at the last Firefox update. It still works with IE or Chrome if you want to give that a try.0

I have the same problem - won't let me download Magnet (I have Windows 7 and it says for XP)
I have managed to use B&Q and am now going to try Wren.
No - says it's downloading but nothing happens. Back to B&Q!!!!!0 -
im having the same problem, i have tried internet explorer, google chrome and firefox and the furthest it gets is in chrome when it says something like permissions and extensions are not allowed from this site (talking about the ikea site) but i dont know what to do then??0
