Pandora

My Pandora bracelet has snapped, no force I was only putting it back into its box !!!! Purchased Dec 2010 the retailer has refused to repair or replace it. They also informed me that none of Pandora jewellrey is guaranteed !!!!!!! My hairdresser was complaning a few months ago that her bracelet had snapped even though it had very few charms on it. Has anyone else had a similar problem or any knowledge of Pandora's policy ???? I have emailed my complaint to Pandora but so for no reply !!!!

My Pandora bracelet clasp almost snapped. When I attempted to return it to the shop, I was told it was because of the weight of the charms on it! I have noticed that the newer bracelets have a slightly different clasp on them, compared to my old one so against my better judgement, I bought a new bracelet. This has been ok and shows no signs of breaking. I really didn't want to give them any more money, but I had spent so much on the charms so I was stuck really.

I thought the customer services were disgraceful and I will never give them another penny.

Pandora = Emperor's New Clothes. Like all "luxury" brands, they are sought after because of careful marketing, no more. In this case, buying a charm bracelet almost guarantees future income.

The question is, was the product fit for purpose? If not, then I think you have a case for refund.

    Pedantic maybe, but important :)
  • According to Pandora they only have a life of 12 months and are not meant to have many charms on !!!!! So they are marketed as charm bracelets but aren't meant to have any on and yet their ads show bracelets full to busting of charms ....... Jerks !!!!! waste of money
