I purchased a £99 light wood frame mirror and it was damaged and faulty on delivery, I was not able to report this via the telephone (no reply) so I e mailed them within an hour of unpacking. The item was not as described, also the frame was scratched, and the mitred joint on one corner did not meet. They agreed to repair the product, to which I agreed, so long as it was done to my satisfaction. They collected the mirror, and on receipt, they e mailed me to say they could find nothing wrong with it, and the faults I had pointed out were due to the fact that it was a natural product! They said my expectation was too high!!! I wish I could attach photos on this site, so people could see the poor quality of the work.

Anyway they have agreed a refund two weeks ago, and I am yet to receive this, so it is now in the hands of the credit card company.
Will I get my money back from them???

I want to warn people of this company's poor quality products, and very poor customer services. There is simply no way to even speak to them, the only people who will answer the phone is the sales department, and they will not discuss any problems with you.
