Yes, but you need to point out to them that when you complied with the conditions on the receipt (ie by returning the clothes within 28 days) you were told they wouldn't honour that because of the receivership.

This subsequent change back to allowing exchanges has come after they stopped you doing so on your visit prior to 21/1/12.

Be firm with them!
