Howdens Kitchen Drawer Parts

I've got an issue with one of the kitchen drawers on our Howdens Hamden kitchen. One of the brackets that holds the sides of the drawers, (its the specialist drawer that holds cultery in) has sheered off. Its a small part (approx 1 inch) that links the drawer side to the front facing panel. I've been in my local Howdens to get a replacement and I've been informed that they cannot be sold individually and a whole replacement drawer is required.

Howdens don't seem to have a UK customer support contact on their website, and just refer you back to your local branch. Does anyone know where I can source one of these without having to pay a stupid amount of money for a full drawer kit?

How old is the kitchen as they now have a 5yr guarantee against workmanship etc.

Kitchen is 4 years old, Howdens are insisting I have to buy a full drawer unit for the one small part!!!!

You don't need to buy a new drawer unit if you know the guys at Howdens. They always have spares.
