Oh we have butties down here too, especially bacon or chip butties, admittedly I don't know what a barm is, some sort of bappy thing I'm guessing, like those stotties?

Where i live, we don't have barms, i live in gods own county, we have teacakes and breadcakes and sometimes baps, but i do know what a barm is. People who live in that place called Lancashire  have barms don't they ?

Now stotties, i think are a north east delicacy ?

Hang on a minute...a bacon wrapped sausage roll? That sounds nice.

mate, you have no idea. they're like crack, if crack was made out of pork and pastry.

what's good aswell is that the cold ones are just as nice as the hot ones.

also, to whoever mentioned it, no bacon butties for me from the local shop. it's a ham salad baguette with a packet of walkers salt & vinegar poured into it, doused in salad cream.

    winner.

  • I bet the local butty shop makes better butties than the mass produced supermarket butties.

    Every little hurts.

I'm off to DT for a reasoned and rational debate on bringing back the death penalty for benefit cheats and scroungers. And people who eat Tesco Express sandwiches.

You don't need a separate death penalty for people who eat Tesco Express sandwiches. Like that popular burger chain, it's "built-in". No further action is required. :)

  • calm down, people, its only a sandwich.

no point getting a cob on about this.
