We have teamed up with the Valbusenda Hotel Resort & Spa to offer the chance to win a fabulous five-night stay for two, with flights, this spring at the five-star Valbusenda Hotel Resort & Spa in the Toro DO win region in Castile and Leon

1. All entries must be received by midnight on Tuesday, February 28, 2012.
2. The winner will be notified within seven days of the closing date of the competition.
3. The prize as described is available on the date of publication.
4. The prize is five nights for two in a Premium double room with breakfast at the Valbusenda Hotel Resort & Spa and includes a welcome drink, one three-course dinner for two, return flights (to the value of 100 euros per person – or an additional four-course lunch or dinner for two as an alternative), transfers to and from Madrid Airport (or free valet parking and a bottle of Champagne with snacks on arrival if the winner chooses to rent a car at the airport), free internet and a tour of the resort’s own winery. It can be taken any time before the end of June, 2012, excluding April 6-8, April 14 -and subject to availability. The value of the prize is 2,500 euros. Any meals and other incidental costs other than those stated are not included.
5. This competition prize is offered by the Valbusenda Hotel Resort & Spa. TLM Media have no liability for this competition.
6. All elements of the prize are non-transferable, non-negotiable and there are no cash alternatives.
7. The winner may be required to participate in publicity.

Couldn't you just not tick the boxes where it says you are happy to receive the emails? It still goes through ok if you leave them unticked.
