complaining to Santander CEO

Yes to all of you who work for this awful company we have telephoned (we were actually successful in obtaining the direct line of a named person at our local Branch) AND visited our local Branch to discuss the problem with said named person numerous times without being able to resolve the problem. Now the guy we have been dealing with was helpful but it appears that the problem lies perhaps with more senior personnell in Headquarters.
Anyway regardless of all this does anyone know the email address of Ana Patricia Botin the CEO of Santander as I intend to reuest that she look into this gross incompetance. I know that you can email [EMAIL="complaints@santander.co.uk"]complaints@santander.co.uk[/EMAIL] but wish to email the organ grinder and not one of her useless monkies.

There is a really good website www.ceoemails.com

which lists loads of different companys' ceo emails - divided up by type of business not just alphabetic. Have used addresses several times with great success.
According to them the one you need is
[EMAIL="ceo@santander.co.uk"]ceo@santander.co.uk[/EMAIL]
