Scotcall card through door

Hi, Had a card from "Scotcall" thru the door with a mobile number on. Thing is I don't owe anything apart from what's on a credit card, and that's up to date. There were some debts in the 90s when I was a student and various companies have sent letters trying to claim these over the years. They're all 100% statute barred…

I got one from LCS, but it was for a previous tenant.

Oddly enough, although it states when they intend to call, and includes a telephone number to call (an 0844 one, naturally ) should the date and time not be convenient, there's no mention of the possibility the addressee doesn't live here.
