Sorry to be such a pain to the board guide (Squeaky is it?), but would it be possible to put this under the query section again as I really would like advice on what is the best course of action regarding the offer of a £30 refund.
I feel it's not enough, monetary-wise nearly enough, maybe £50 since I took out a day and a half to rectify this and had to call the head office out of my own pocket re their issue. However, as far as rectifying how I get treated in future and certainly when it comes to renewing my faith in Evans Cycles there is little to make me shop there again. I would ideally like some sort of guarantee that I won't be treated like that again in that shop by that staff member, maybe a letter from the Assistant Manager apologising for the appalling way in which he treated me.
So this is why I would like to more assistance on this and guess that moving it back to the er, what's it called again board, where it was before might be of better help. Thanks.0
