1. Only one entry per person. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.
2. The prize is for 2 (two) people.
3. The prize includes: 2 (two) return economy flights from London Heathrow to Toronto with Air Canada. 2 (two) nights in Toronto at the Fairmont Royal York. 3 (three) nights in Niagara on the Lake at the Pillar and Post Hotel (or something similar). 4 days car hire. Full day tour of Niagara on the Lake Region and wineries, helicopter ride for 2 people over Niagara Falls.
4. Accommodation is on a room-only basis.
5. The prize must be taken between 01 May – 22 June and 23 August – 31 October 2012.
6. The prize is subject to availability and excludes bank holidays and school holidays and date restrictions may apply. All other costs and expenses associated with the holiday, including travel insurance, taxes and gratuities, shall be the responsibility of the winner. The winner is responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, all necessary visas, and adequate travel and medical insurance.
7. The winner will be notified on Monday 12th March 2012 by email or phone.
