Media Center doesn't pick up the analogue RF2 feed from the Sky box so I could do with some software that will allow me to view and record it on my PC (Win7 x64).
I have ruled out NPVR/NextPVR (formally GB-PVR) and Media Portal.
Got All Media does pick up the signal but suffers from horizontal lines when there is a moving picture and lacks the functionality that you'd expect from a PVR.
Compatibility with DVB-T2 and DVB-S2 signals would be a bonus but not essential as I can watch them in Media Center.
The TV Tuner is a BlackGold BG3630.

What exactly are your trying to record? All programming including Sky channels ? It's hard work finding good software, especially with some level of feedback from users. I've tried a few including the ones you rightly ruled out, and don't have Sky so can't really help much with what works with that best.
I'd try the Aria forums, lots of guys who like to play with things there, and there's a digital TV forum somewhere too which I used some time back (and can't find now I need it as usual) .
Ah...found it. http://www.avforums.com/forums/home-entertainment-pcs/1022681-sky-recordings-pc-wintv-pvr-150-a.html

Hi
Imaging PVR software records Sky. You could try that. They have a list of compatible TV cards on their download page. There's a free trial period so it wouldn't cost you anything to test it.
You need an analog, not digital TV card. You could to record one Sky channel per Sky box and analog TV card.
Basically it records the channel the Sky box is tuned to. Of course you can watch Sky live using it. Possibly the best way would be to use the software for recording and switch to your Sky normal mode for live viewing.
I don't know what your Sky package is. I'd be surprised if Sky didn't have something to stop you watching or recording premium channels with other software. It might come up all scrambled. Don't know. That's why I'm saying if you're watching live it might be best to do that the normal way.
Anyway to switch between live Sky and the recording software displaying on TV you switch the 'source' button on your TV remote to turn PC mode on and off.
It's not the best use for this software. It's much more effective for recording Freeview or Freesat with a digital TV card as you can watch one channel and record others at the same time with one card. If you did find it any good for recording Sky you could get a cheap Freeview TV stick (DVB_T) for £15 - £20 or so. Freesat cards (DVB_S) are a bit dearer. Plug in both cards and Imaging PVR would combine Freeview (or Freesat) with Sky. That would give you plenty of good TV programmes to come home to and get over the Sky problem of no TV to watch live if you only have one Sky box / TV card and you're recording.0
