Bank Charges was in financial difficulty at time, now paid off - can I still claim?

Hi

I joined a debt management company to pay off debts that had crept out of control. One of these debts was £2200 overdraft with Lloyds bank. I continuosly paid an amount for 4 years ranging between £40 to £90 a month to pay off the debt. Every time a new agreement needed to be made with Lloyds through the debt management company (which Lloyds dragged out) I incurred massive charges. I paid over £2000 in charges on a £2200 overdraft over 4 years. A family member eventually lent me the money to pay off the last of my debt (which was mainly the £2200 overdraft), and so I have no debts with any banks. I want to see if I can reclaim the extortionate amount of money charged by Lloyds, and I know you can only do this if "you are in financial hardship." Can you do this post a terrible financial situation, or do you still need to be "in strife" for them to pay out? If I hadn't had help I would still be paying till I'm 65! Any help would be greatly appreciated :o):j

financial hardship criteria applies to your current position. Not one in the past I'm afraid.
