Am I due anything at all?

Hi,
I've read the credit card PPI thing through several times, but I'm pretty confused about 2 things.
Firstly, how I go about finding out whether I had PPI or not?
Second, if I pay off in full every month, I'm not really due anything I assume?
Basically, my credit card history goes:
Barclaycard -> CapitalOne -> Co-op -> MBNA -> Tesco
I paid everything off in full each month except the Barclaycard and Tesco, had Tesco one about 3-4 months, and the only one I know I've taken PPI out on is CapitalOne.
I honestly have absolutely no idea where I stand. Any help please?

From my experience, PPI is paid on outstanding balances i.e £1 per £100 outstanding. As you have paid in full every month (Well done, you savvy devil you), no outstanding balances, no PPi charges. But dont be put off by this. If you think you may be owed anything at all, look at the guide again.
