How long does it take??

Hi,
A week ago i made a change to my tax credit help with childcare. Changed the nursery details also the cost from £70 a week its gone upto £125. I still havent recieved the updated letter from them how long does it normally take to change things over??

When I changed my childcare took about 4 weeks for the new award notice to come through but the money will not be increased for 4 weeks, so if you are piad 4 weekly in the next pay cycle. I'm pretty sure I was told this is because like HB they pay you in arrears. Also, the other way round...if you were to tell them childcare decreased you get a 4 week run on.0
