Confused!!

I recently got paid out after four years from LTSB directly from them. Then I have a letter from my Claims company saying that Lloyds are now preparing the refund (they emailed me summer time last year and I never heard another thing from then till now). They have written to ask my date of birth? What I dont understand is that I thought the payment from Lloyds was after the Claims guys had taken their cut. God knows why I thought that I must admit. But what I cant understand is why Lloyds are now going to refund me again but through the Claims guys. Does it mean that the first payment wasnt the full amount?
Jut dont know that answer. Can anyone help?

No. Most pay direct to you and you pay the claims company.

They probably are not. The Claims Guys have probably just found out Lloyds paid out. They are not a reliable claims company. When I was cold called by them, they told me that I could complain about PPI even though I am an IFA.
