  • Hi Surfsister, my OH bought me the grey travel bag for Valentines day and it didn't have any vouchers in it, so you did get a bargain. Proud of my OH, he remembered to get the wrap with it!

Has anyone used the £2.50 skincare voucher on reduced items.I have used it in the past on sanctuary but was turned down today which i found strange and its unfair because theres hardly any facial items available from the range and when they are voucher not allowed.I did ring customer services but the lady was very adamant that clearance items are excluded.I didn't even get the 342 offer on 2 warming masks and a rosemary&mint mask.I think they read this website now-she said she was going to note this down and point it out at the next meeting that all stores should exclude reduced items from promotions

i have used mine loads of times as it doesnt state that you CANT use it on reduced items;)

Ok I am new to bootsing but have had my advantage card for 4 weeks now, however I still have had no offers from the AC machine, only one I keep getting is some competition, is this right?
I have built up £28 in points on it (although I missed out on another £1.50today as forgot to hand it over and did not realise until I was home).

I applied for a card for my other half
it seems the best offers seem to on
    the female shoppers card.
I did ring Boots to enquire about
this and they awarded him 500
points on his card to make up for
    the disapointment,now he is getting
points offers etc and not just compatitions
to enter, give Boots a ring like us it might
prove useful points wise, dont forget to have
your card handy so they can award points.
  • Does anyone know if u can use your boots points to buy estee lauder or dior makeup etc ???

You can use your points at any of the counters in boots, i've never had any problems with estee lauder, clinique etc
  • Hi sweepy,

I dont see why you couldnt buy this. I had something very similar & it went through & I used my 200 points from the AC machine

is the voucher not for facial skincare tho? so that vouher wouldnt work but the 200 points one would

Yes you can use your points to buy premium beauty items, I regularilytreat myself to some chanel, dior or estee lauder with my points. If they have the free gifts on you get this too, so at the moment its the Dior set- its a while till the estee lauder one which is a shame as im holding out for that !

I emailed Boots cs about not being able to purchase reduced botanics items with the facial vouchers (till would not let it go through), and cs replied saying that they believed that it should go through as there are no restrictions with regard to clearance items on the back of the voucher, and that they would raise my comments at the next meeting with the hope that the problem will be rectified. I was awarded 500p for my disappointment! But it is still annoying everytime I go into Boots and theres a shelf full of reduced Botanics mens aftershave balm that I know I cant have with the voucher!! :)
