Boots Grabbit Bargains Thread part 6 - post your finds here

Went to the main Boots in Bradford today & had the worst time ever - tried to return a lips bag & was told at the photo counter that I couldnt have a refund or credit on a gift card & would have to exchange for other items.
I had already got a few bits in my basket which included an MF box so I tried to exchange these but she had a strop & said that the box was free with an MF purchase & wouldnt let me have it, so I said I would go look for something else & could she cancel the transaction.
I then manged to find an MF silk gloss lip gloss half price at £3.49 was (£6.99)& also the free nails set so I took the lot to the main till, all went well with the free stuff going through only to be told in no uncertain terms by the male SA that I couldnt exchange the lips bag as these were a free with purchase or reduced to £6.50 & that the previous £5 no 7 voucher had been used & so he couldnt refund.
I was bright red by now but stood my ground & said that the other SA had said it was OK so off he went to find her, only to return saying that she never said that at all. He gave me the bag back as I said cancel the lot then, but then I thought no - she said it was OK so could he get her to come & speak to me, so off he went but was ages so I went off to find him, her & a supervisor all discussing me!!!
I said I was disgusted etc & the Supervisor said OK I could exchange so we went back to the till where he completed the transaction.
Anyway when I unpacked at home I still had the lips bag so even though it was frought I did OK in the end with a free MF box, nails set & lips bag:j

got me lip balm today.for some strange reason the botanics skincare is down 2 different aisles and although they just had a supply in there were only 2 lip balms there.i noticed last nite that there's an offer on boots.com ( 300 extra points if you spend over a tenner) but the offer isn't on instore.

Don't know whether anyone has already posted this, but if you have a voucher for a free Boots disposable camera from the parenting club, they are buy one get one free at the min. You are able to get them both free as I tried it today.

Its the same in my local too yet it seems to be 2 sets of empty shelves at the moment, there is hardly anything in skincare at the moment.

Hi, Im not sure about the mirror but the facial steamer thing and the pedicure and massager kits are half price in the edinburgh store as well as online so i should imagine the mirror is too.

Can anyone tell me if I can return the No7 Peel. I paid with points so would they just refund the points back onto my ac. Also I managed to get a wrap with this when the glitch was working so do you think they would want me to return that as well? (although they've got no chance):rotfl:

When you bought the Sanctuary items did both your acm and cot vouchers go through. I purchased 3 items that came to £9 after 342 kicked in but only the acm voucher went through.

Sorry if this has already been answered (I did look and couldn't find anything). How does this MF box thing work. My local has tons of them but there's a big sign saying you have to spend £15. How are you lot getting them free or with just a lip gloss. Want one for my Mum!!!
