They're on the Benefit counter, kept in a large glass jar/vase type thing either on the counter or one of the shelves. I just asked the SA there if they had any, she fished one... then another ... out for me.

im my store they are in a glass jar with lots of other sharpeners. you just have to have a good rumage...

Ive found them in the containers they keep the makeup brushes they sell in which were on a shelf next to some of their makeup-some have had to ask assistant for them

With the sharpeners, the £2.50 ones are the ones with one LAAARRGGEEE hole, and the £3.50 (?) ones have the large hole but a little "stopper" thing inside which converts it to a smaller hole too.

Success today in two Boots, but got a bit confused and need your help too please! Spot the mistakes.

Trans 1 - Worthing TC. (Paranoid swear swivel cameras were following me)
2 x Sanctuary Body Sprays £3.45 each
Free bag
2x No7 After sun face cream

Gave in No 7 Voucher

Trans 2 - Worthing, A27
Sanctuary Face wash £5.95
Sanctuary Body Scrub £4.50
Free Bag
2x No7 After sun face cream
No7 Free Wrap
Sandwich
Gave in No 7 Voucher and Sanctuary £3 Voucher, no points on acm for Sanctuary.

Got to the second Boots and realised i didnt pick up my wrap at the first shop :eek: And actully meant to get the hair spritz not the aftersun cream double :eek:

My 1st question is do you think i could take No7 Aftersun face cream back separately without the receipt and exchange them for the hair spritz. My excuse would be that I asked my OH to get me No7 Aftersun face cream and Hair Spritz and he came back with No7 Aftersun face cream and hair clips, saying he hasnt got receipt as he bought his lunch in Boots and binned the receipt?

Where oh where are the Sanctuary hand treatment packs in sussex? Have tried Worthing x 2, Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath, Lewes, Brighton x 2, Hove x 2 shops.

Sorry for long post, am exhausted after being out and had to get everything out in one go.

Try using more than one AC machine. I used two this morning. The first one only gave me competitions and no points vouchers. The second machine gave me loads of points vouchers. I don't know why this is, but other people have mentioned this on here before.

there were two one machine was broken and the one that worked only allowed me to enter a hair comp too

I think you can exchange anything (except cosmetics and medicines) without a reciept, so it shouldn't be a problem. Don't forget to pick up a wrap this time;)

EDIT: you won't get a wrap with the hair spritz, because I think that only costs 5.50

Quick tip, often, when I see that the ACMs have out of order signs on them, I often have a look to see if they are plugged in and switched on

When Ive seen that they are, I have been known to take the sign off, have a look at the offers, print off the coupons and use them with my shopping!! I got fed up last year, of going into our big store, which has 3 ACMs and none of them apparently working, and when I actually saw it was switche don and plugged in I thought I would give it a go, and it always worked fine for me. Worth a look:rotfl:
