Can't return it at all - its "skincare" I tried to return some with the receipt (just wanted the wrap), and they said "No, its skincare, can't return or exchange unless faulty" Also bought a botanics 'body' gift set, and they still said no :/

you can return it for an exchange but not a refund :) i have done so with facial cooling balm and sunscreen for the face stuff. :) hope that helps you dont need a reciept. As long as the stuff hasnt been opend they are fine with it being returnd.

Got 2 x Sanctuary pre tan scrubs £2-25 (reduced) and the bag, but when I got home noticed the bag was not free (had other items - including free o7 mirror via parenting voucher).

Are the pre tan items not included in the offer as it only says excluding minis and sachets? Anyone know?

i would take this back and quiery it with them it should have been included, if its not at least you can return the gift bag as im guessing you wouldnt want to spend ten pounds on this, dont worry about having the no7 mirror for free on there i doubt they would even notice and if they do there is nothing they can do about it, they cant make you go home and bring the mirror back

  • Can anyone tell me whether
    1) You can get a refund on No7 suncare (and which items have been successfully not classed as 'cosmetics and not eligible for refund')
    2) Whether you can get the amount refunded onto a giftcard?
    3) Whether the above can be done without a receipt?

I'm wanting to return some of my many bottles of suncream so I can get enough to buy either the No7 mirror or facial spa. Obviously I'll return them all one at a time.

hi if your ever concerned about taking an item back then phone customer services, they have always been helpful when i have phoned and they can confirm what you can and cant return as they have lists on their computers, if you then ask them for their name then they usually give you a reference number that you can quote if there are any problems and i have never been questioned instore when i have had a reference number

Almo, The two vouchers just wouldnt swipe at all.dont think it beeped or anything though?? Will the sanctuary stuff work with the voucher in the wrap then? I went to the big Edinburgh princes street branch today but it was too busy and with all my trotting back and forth I had a security bloke on my heels the whole time. Did get the fabulous facial sauna and chanced my luck with another wrap, the man said "No that wont work i dont think" then he scanned it and it did. (Joy) the paying with my £16 parenting voucher i paid 00.00 the bloke said "I feel like i have been conned" He was cool about it though.

    GLITCH!!!!!!!
Ladies i found a new one, well today i went into my local boots and there was a lady there standing next to the white skincare Sanctuary spa covent garden products in white packaging , she was handing out samples and leaflets, so on the back of the leaflet was a voucher for £5.00 off any spa scanctury product, i assume they will be doing this in a lot of the larger stores tomorrow! this voucher works with the ac voucher for 150 points and the voucher from the magazine for £3.00 off, so
    polished cleanser for eg £9.95
    £9.95 - £5.00 from leaflet
    £4.95 - £3.00 from mag
= £1.95 to pay and 150 points back
    so paying 45p for product!!!!
There were tons of vouchers left iam going back first thing tomorrow to get the rest!!!

well i stocked up big time i love sanctuary products, the sa were fine i went to four diffrent tills and all put through no problem, beware some of the cheaper products leave them oweing you money, lovely sa gave me 5p:rotfl:
    he was so confused!!!!

    The plot thickens...

Did the till just accept this, or did she have to do it manually?

it just accepted it no problems as total without linksave would have been 17.90 so i paid 5.90 got 200 points, i done this 3 times - only once it beeped but that was as she scaned the euros side first:rotfl:

also got mirror and facial saunas with wraps free with parenting vouchers again

where in the wrap are the vouchers?, i assume not all these have them in but i haven't any in mine
coupon over here, coupon over there, every crack filled with coupons even down there

Must be just my store - when i took the new lipgloss I bought that was used, i'd have to wait a week for the MF girl to come back in order to have a refund! There's no MF till!
