Hi guys,
having real trouble getting the £2.50 mens skincare vouchers to work on reduced botanics stuff. Ive been trying to get some mens aftershave balm which has been manually reduced to £2.75, but the till is having none of it! The sa's are as bemused as me, as there are no exclusions on the back of the voucher when it comes to clearance items, so I dont know why it wont work! sa's wont override it, even though they dont know why it wont work. Every time Ive tried it, its been so embarrasing as Ive caused major queues and headaches for everyone, as they can never seem to remove the offending item from the till! they end up voiding the whole thing and starting again, minus the aftershave balm! Ive emailed customer services to see what they say about it.

in the dark green and white cover

it was the dark green anti-persperant Botanics, can't remember price but I think it was £2.99?

That's OK, I made it to Slough today, no MF boxes but they do have the MF nail varnishes on the MF stand

went to boots to get my 100pts onto my card from ACM (pillow mist voucher didnt go thru, contacted CS by phone)...found a discarded voucher in the baskets all scrunched up... :T

Ok, the botanics lip balm did NOT work with the men's voucher.

My advantage machine has not given me any offers (could it be as I have a new card?)

No max factor boxes in 2 of my local stores, I really need to be better at this!
