i got one of those "free FCUK washbag when you spend £5" things from the ACM....the bag didnt go through free, AND my FCUK items didn't come up at 3 for 2. Am i a cheeky madame if i take it all back this afternoon? thats 17 pounds i didnt want to spend!!

anyone know if there is owt good in the preston fishergate store, im off down there i think.

If it's the £13 bag, then Customer Services did say it was the right one to go through free. The code on the tag (as quoted to me by customer services) should be: 49/51/379

You could try phoning customer services to see if they'll refund you with points? or go back to the store with this number and plead your case, if they dont refund the bag value then say you're returning it all.

have you got the customer service number? my bag was £10, but they were the only ones they had out! i think i've probably done it all wrong, i was very flustered by the SA (she made me go all the way to the back of the shop to swap the nappies i had because the bag was ripped, then she made me go back again cos they were 2 for £10...i was shattered by the time i'd finished!)

Now I know vouchers say in the T&C that they're not meant to be used in conjunction with other offers, but I noticed that there's a parenting club voucher for 750 points on two cosmetics/skincare from certain ranges... was browsing online, and clarins (one of those in the voucher deal) has 600 extra points on 2 purchases in the colour range!

Added with the triple points weekend.... this could be good...it could be very very good...

Has anyone tried something similar, or does the till beep?

Till beeped :( Might've got them manually added on but the eagle eyed SA realised the 600points went on.

Got 2 x No7 aftersun, with wrap, used £5 voucher. plus 2 creme eggs for 70p/for 2 (usually 49each) and a sarnie. Tried to get a MF box, SA scanned it, put it in bag, then when he took my vouchers asked if I'd bought a Mf product, then since i hadn't (said i put one in basket, oh no where did it go...) he voided it

Terrible, all usual tills busy, photo staff where faffing about with a customer, the upstairs SA hates offers and always questions my vouchers, so i thought pharmacy was my safety net lol nevermind, another day!

I'm a bit lost as to my points tho.... I used a double points voucher, but is the following right?
    ---
    £31.10 spend...

    Points received 22
    double points coupon 124
    *offer points* 600
    triple points 44
    ----
Discounting the offer points, £31 spend gets me 124 points normally, yet with double or triple added (even on just a few of them) I've only gained an extra 66 points
