Finally plucked up courage to get the BOGOF suncare stuff to get the freebie wrap, but when I went to checkout the bloke would not let me have the freebie because the stuff was BOGOF and I had not spent enough. (One was £12 the other £8.50) Had to go back to NO7 stand and buy a nail varnish to bump up the price over the £15.
How are you all managing to get these wraps through the till with just a couple of items on BOGOF?0 -
Ragtimeplayer wrote:Hi, I bought one of the mirrors from the Wakefield store, well worth travelling for ( I previously tried Leeds but no luck) as they really are gorgeous!
Thanks Ragtimeplayer...I was tipped off about The White Rose Centre having them in stock so toddled off there and got one, (still one left on shelf if anyone else is looking). Agree they are rather swish - though the maginfying side is a bit scary!!0 -
i done this with the last no7 vouchers bought suncare £7.50 BOGOF used £5.00 voucher and paid £2.50
I always buy other shopping (it doesnt have to add up to £15) just disguise it a bit even if you spent £5 just so you can get another voucher
Good luck0 -

Do you know whether it was the till that beeped and alerted him to you not spending enough (in which case they must have fixed the glitch - oh no!) or did he just know and didn't even put them through?0 -
The SAs have tried moaning to me about the wrap, I just say "Its 2 £7.50 items, which make up £15", so by your advirtising, its allowed. That or I show the SA my first receipt when it went through, they can't argue, you're spending £15, till reconises you getting a free wrap, not our fault of boots till system then wants to take £7.50 off after its been reconised~*Cerenia*~

I used it no problem this am with 2 x santuary hand lotions £3.95 each
Total Spend £5.90 + Free Bag and No7 Voucher
SA wouldn't accept points acm voucher though0 -

Awww...dont give up hun...I go to the big Croydon Boots aswell and sometimes its great, sometimes is rubbish. I got 2 MF boxes from there a while ago (payed downstairs at the photo counter) but havent dared get any more...yes, the MF women are EVIL :rotfl:
There is another, much smaller Boots in the shopping centre opposit (sorry, dont know its name, havent lived round here for long) and that one sometimes has reduced stuff..might be worth a try?
HTH2008 gig list... Nickelback + Staind (OMG...Staind ROCKED!!), Roger Waters, Infadels, Pendulum, The Police, K T Tunstall, Breed 77, Biffy Clyro....oh, and Motorhead0 -
just made my first trip of the week to check out the new offers got 2x orange sanctuary 4.50 each paid with points got free bag, no sanctuary offers in ACM, got new mag. The £3 coupon in mag and £3 in free bag seem to be the same is that right? £3 off the white sanctuary skin care range which seems to be v exp and the vouchers both say 1 per transaction, one from bag says excl minis and sachets one from mag doesn't cheapest thing on web site seems to be The Sanctuary Deep Cleansing Wipes 25 wipes £4.95 so i guess with the voucher could get those for £1.95, wondering whether the mag voucher would work with the mini facial wash or mint & rosemary mask sachet £2.50 each?
sorry for ramblings just trying to work this new offer out in my head!!
Also this store had a shelf of the old burgandy no7 bags for £6.50 each0 -
Now I know vouchers say in the T&C that they're not meant to be used in conjunction with other offers, but I noticed that there's a parenting club voucher for 750 points on two cosmetics/skincare from certain ranges... was browsing online, and clarins (one of those in the voucher deal) has 600 extra points on 2 purchases in the colour range!Clarins
600 Extra Advantage Card Points
Receive 600 Extra Advantage Card points with every 2 purchases of Clarins colour cosmetics.
Offer valid from 6th February 2007 until 6th March 2007.
Added with the triple points weekend.... this could be good...it could be very very good...
Has anyone tried something similar, or does the till beep?:rotfl:0 -
Also the £5 off Boots Straighten hair kit in parenting club booklet... there's a £5 off Boots Straighten hair kit in the mag. With it costing £14.99, would this beep on the till, or go through smoothly with a doozy but happy SA?:rotfl:0
