E: 05/03 Win a helping hand to get fit for 2012. (Sky Customers Only)

T&Cs

With a new year comes the annual effort to ditch the pies and get healthy. Inevitably, by day two that leftover slice of cake seems too good to miss out on and any good intentions are forgotten.
It’s not always an easy journey for the participants of new Sky1 HD series Obese: A Year to Save My Life, either. But under the watchful eye of all-round mentor and weight loss expert, Jessie Pavelka, nine morbidly obese people are put through their paces to shed up to half their body weight before it kills them, with life-changing and emotional results.

We might not all need to shed half our body weight but a little help along the way to get fit and healthy does wonders. So we're giving you the chance to win a year’s free personal training and gym membership as well as a health tune-up with the show's fitness guru from LA, Jessie.

You'll also take the same fitness test that the show's participants undergo so that you can make the most of your time with Jessie.

Travel and an overnight hotel stay in Surrey will be included for you to relax after your workout with the personal trainer extraordinaire.
