joyfull

I've just sent off all my documentation in response to HMRC's Working Tax Credit compliance letter. Anyone know how long it takes for them to investigate and make a decision?
Thanks
Thanks

As long as it takes. Did they suspend your payments?:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.

Hi...
I've had dealing with them before and found they were really good and quick! Once sending and phoning the info through things were sorted for me within a week.
I suppose it depends on what they needed to how long it takes. But at least you can use the landline no on the letters they sent to keep updated.
Hope is all sorted ASAP!0 -

No, just got standard letter through asking for 3 months of paperwork to support my claim. After speaking to v nice man who sent letter I got the stuff off same day."Sometimes letting things go is an act of far greater power than defending or hanging on.”0
