I personally have not had any headaches or any other side effects, just somewhat hungry, but the headaches some people will experience may be carbohydrate withdrawal, as i believe that the shakes are high protein, and if people are not snacking on protein, then they may experience this. I thought the biggest loser bars were great, I got the strawberry and chocolate. Also bought the slimmm shakes and they taste great (the coffee one and vanilla ones are amazing!)Thanks for that, i was looking at them for my snacks with the slimmm, don't think ill bother, have you told them about that, im sure they would refund you and hopefully remove them.Slowly working on being a millionaire..0 -

8lb loss, keep drinking the water, will help with the headache, tho hopefully its gone now.
I must say I was pleasantly suprised with the taste of these. My favourites are the choc mint, choc and vanilla. I have not started properly yet, am more taste testing at the moment!0 -
