I don't think I'd bother to be honest. The most low stars I've ever had in one category at any one time has been 2 and I think I can take about 10 before I'm at risk of losing TRS. I'm also on 3 monthly rating rather than 12 so any low stars drop off after 3 months.You can narrow it to a particular item number on a particular day, which usually reveals the culprit, unless you have sold several of that particular item on a particular day and they all leave feedback on the same day too.0 -
I haven't got one star, but people have given me less than 5 for my despatch time... I state 3 working days but as I've been off work, I've been posting them the next day.... !!!!!!!!
As for P&P.... I'm charging about 10p more than royal mail but one or two went through as large letters which i didn't think they would. If you aren't happy paying the P&P charge or think it's unreasonable, buy from someone else.
