4. There will be three winners, each one selected at random. The prize for each winner will be the use of one fully insured current BMW model of the winner's choice subject to availability for the period of four days between a Friday morning and Monday morning, a two-night stay at a Crowne Plaza Hotel of the winner's choosing subject to availability, and dinner for two people at Pollen Street Social in Mayfair, London. Redemption of the prize will be required on a specific date to be confirmed by the promoter.
5. The loan of the BMW motor vehicle is subject to BMW Loan Car Terms. The winners must agree to these terms before taking possession of the cars. Key Loan Car Terms: the car may only be driven by the winners, only for private use excluding commuting and traveling sales and not for any form of racing; the winners are responsible for any fines, congestion or other charges arising from use of the car and for any damage arising from failure to take reasonable care; the car is insured subject to an insurance excess (see Loan Car Terms); insurance does not cover possessions. BMW has the right to refuse permission to drive if driving offences/disqualifications have occurred or if BMW otherwise considers any winner unfit to drive.
6. The meal at Pollen Street Social includes a total spend of £200 per winner and guest, including drinks. Each winner and guest are liable for any additional spend over £200.
