having a mad moment please help!
Sorry but after a rubbish nights sleep and getting myself in a tizzy, if my bill is in credit do they owe me or do i owe them? Switching providers and am in credit and i'm hoping they owe me but i can't think straight. Please can someone clear this up for a frazzled mummy:-)
