Hi , Everyone
I have a bit of a situation I am now trying to deal with . I had 4 credit cards when I was registered unfit for work ( feb 2010 ) claimed on all 4 all and they all agreed to pay . 1 is now paid in full , they paid nearly the whole balance after a year , left me with a touch over £28 to pay and didn't have any problems in receiving my correspondance .
The other 3 I have had nothing but trouble with and they have not paid the whole balance ( 1 of them hasn't paid half )
What I was wondering is can I get them to pay the full balance , as I believe this was part of the mis-sell in the first place and can I still claim for mis-sold products even though I have made a claim on them

Can you clarify what your reason for complaint is. It isnt clear what you mean.
The product is not designed or ever intended to clear the balance in full (although it is theoretically possible that could happen. So, any complaint on that basis would be easily rejected. However, that doesnt make it a mis-sale as your complaint is over the amount paid. Not how it was sold to you.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
