Just looking for some advice on being able to install a toilet under the stairs.
The architect has come back and said we can't do this due to building regs. Just wondering if there's a way around this?
Ceiling height, yes its not very high, but tall enough for one person to wash their hands. Saniflo will take the waste away. Ventilation I don't know. Were in a terrace. Could it go under the floor?
Many thanks

I am in same situation like you! What is the advantage of Saniflo?Happiness is buying an item and then not checking its price after a month to discover it was reduced further.0

Which building regs in particular does he say can't be met by the plan. Is he over engineering it? Are you sure than an architect was the right man to ask?
Cheers
You know, this is what I thought. He's apparently sorting all the building regs, but I know he's a guy who's a total stickler for the rules. Im not saying I like dangerous or illegal things in my home, but I just keep coming up with my plans, and this architect keeps telling me a flat no! There's got to ways round things.
You know, I simply have myself to blame. I never let my husband get involved in the big decisions, something like this always happens.
I need to speak to the architect, I need to find out exactly what is the problemLBM January 2017 £34k will have paid back finally by my DFD May 2021got my first store card on my 18th birthday, never known a life without the grey cloud of debt looming over me. 18yrs and the end is finally in sight 🤩0
