Hi All,
Hope someone can answer this. What is the sealant the cable/tv companies use when they put a wire through your wall (as i want some)
Its clear and doesnt go hard - stays rubbery.
Also - anyone know where to buy it?

Its just a translucent silicone sealent. A window frame sealent will be fine, any diy shop will sell them.0

You'll need a gun to apply it too.

You can buy covers to put over the cable, but not really required. Just remember to leave a loop at the bottom to let rain water drop off. You can drill from inside at a slight angle too. You can seal it in stages, or in one go. I like brown silicone on the outside to blend in with the brickwork.0
