Very soon I'm about to revamp my bathroom, fitting an offset quadrant shower tray and enclosure.
Having looked at friends and familys enclosures, the first thing that hits me is how grubby some of them look on the glass itself with water marks, now I know this can be avoided by wiping clean the glass after every use, but with me, the wife, and 2 kids in the house it just aint gonna happen.
So my question is do any manufacturers do an offset quadrant that has a frosted type glass in it, similar to bathroom window glass, my thinking is any warer marks will not be seen through it.
I've done a google search but what exactly do they call that frosted type glass as I'm having trouble finding any manufacturers that sell it, or don't they?
Thanks for any info.

we had a matki shower enclosure, it was clear glass, we paid for a special coating when we purchased. yes there was water marks but it polished up a treat when cleaned with the recommended cleaner. it was still spotless after 2.5 years and very easy to clean.0

Cheers, I have seen the special coatings advertised but obviously needs drying off after use, which after the first couple of weeks will I imagine just wont get done.
I have found a few square shower enclosures now with frosted glass but yet to find a offset quadrant0 -
Hi there,
I've found that those daily shower sprays work surprisingly well for keeing the glass clean. They are only about 75p from supermarkets.0 -
I think what your actually after is etched or satin glass

Thats getting there thanks Lee, but I'm after a 1000x 800 offset quadrant, just rang Coram up and they only do the 1200 x 900 which unfortunately won't fit our bathroom0
