Evening all!
DNMS - how did it go then?
I had a bit of an unproductive yesterday due to a migraine, and woke up today feeling yucky. Luckily I have a fab boss who told me to 'work from home'this afternoon, so I've spent most of it asleep and am feeling a bit better now, but still not 100%. Desperately need to be better by the morning as I have a job interview.
Anyway, today I have:
- had free lunch at work and packed lunch for DS
- tea from stores
- collecting a hoover from freecycle in a bit, the guy tried to deliver to me last night but couldn't find the door, but it's only about 10 mins drive
- didn't put heating on when came home after lunch, instead wrapped up on sofa in fur blanket
- comps, bingo and surveys
- checked banks
- reactivated pointshop and toluna
Think that's it for today - need to read up on the school I'm being interviewed at tomorrow so I'm prepared - wish me luck!GOD BLESS DURAN DURAN

- Stitchy it will all be ok.
- Brizzled - I am still devising my family meal plan, I make wonders with mince! Out of one of the normal size packs I get 4 adult meals and 1 childs meal of bolognese as I bulk out with veg and then out of the same size 1 pack of mince I can make 25 decent size meat balls and add some peppers onions and then a tomato sauce. Its great your doing it as a family!
- everyone else happy monday!
Well I listed 27 items yesterday. I was listing all evening. It was non stop.
Anyway today, I need to have a productive day, I am feeling quiet down and nervous, but I need to work through it and getting to the end of my coffee I think I will have to put my kettle on for another one and that one will be the get up and go one!
So my little list for today:
- all meals from stores! And overcook with the mince to freeze 2 portions! Only got 1 extra portion out of it as only had minimal veg in fridge - its the end of the month thats for sure!
- take washing off of the airer, Iron and then put more in the wm and then onto the airer. No ironing, no more in wm!
- Do washing up, wipe sides down in the kitchen. DONE
- list a few more items on ebay - I am on a roll I have loads to list a few more spaces on my monthly allowance so why not take full advantage of it! Didnt get round to listing any more today but have spent quiet a bit of time answering messages from people so positive
- Try to cheer myself up! I found £31.22 in an old bag as had a clear out of some bits today and I nearly bought myself a new bag the other day as my one is embarrassingly in poor condition but i found one today which is like new! Great day!
Have a good day xx

Evening all,
After a manic weekend and NO sleep on Saturday night () I expected to be dead on my feet today, but I wasn't...a nice surprise!
- Today I paid £175 to black horse as full and final settlement on my car loan. The rest is now on 0% Virgin card, saving me over £2000 in interest.
- Checked online banking...low low low but within budget.
- Reduced payment from bills account to mortgage account as I was paying in £12 too much a month which can now go towards the Barclays OD debt instead.
- Salad from home for lunch, though I had a real dip at lunch time so bought (eek) a sausage roll from work for 85p - filled me up though and made me feel better!
- Meal plan supper tonight. Cooked a ham to have in sandwiches as well as with egg and HM wedges tonight.
- Cheapy night in writing 2000 words on education policy and society (fun fun fun).
- Home insurance is due for renewal so looking for the cheapest option.Clearing debt to save for a simple wedding.Starting 2016 With debt of £77000 -
Evening all
late post - very busy day, not helped by getting stuck in a car park for 20 minutes as the barriers wouldn't open:eek: today I have/will:
Checked listed items on eb*y. One item at £10 already with 5 days to go:T Hardly going to let me live on the edge, but better in my bank than an item cluttering the house
Continue scouring for items, may list some more if possible
Check bank, investigate a random payment from tax credits
Tea from stores
Def not getting made redundant :j have pitched for the job I want, think have good chance toofeel sorry for those at risk though
Glad you like the new job DNMS :T0
