Paypal don't want to reply to me

After navigating all the automated menus in Paypal I found the option to email them, so wrote a message about my issue (it won't let me update my credit card basically). A few minutes later I received an email with a load of automated information and it said if this did not answer my question I have to reply, so I had to type out the whole message again! They did give me the option of phoning, a premium rate number of course. What customer services when we pay them around 3% of all money we receive. Rant rant.

There's no hurry, I was just annoyed at having to type my email twice. When you email through a site you do at least hope a human being will read it!0

chance's are you won't recieve a reply. i had a big problem with them last year and i emailed them at least 3 times a day because they werent replying after leaving it a few days first time around and i also had to keep ringing, they are useless and don't even bother ringing because its not even worth the breath because they are useless and basically told me i shouldnt of listened to their staff and i should know stuff that even their staff don't. anyway my account is now closed with them.0

If the card is just an updated one then you need to remove the old one first and then add the new one.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Thanks for the replies. Apparently there are two transactions "in progress" on the card from weeks/months ago for which the money has been taken from my account and I have received the goods, so they want me to contact these companies. Why should I do this work when they make the profit!?0
